Attention Students Expecting a Financial Aid Payment Dated Wednesday 10/31/2012
We posted an alert shortly after Hurricane Sandy hit the region, notifying a small group of students who were expecting a financial aid payment dated 10/31/2012 about a delay in the payment.
The alert was from CUNY about a CUNY-wide problem related to one specific pay cycle and the very severe weather events of the week. We indicated that Fortunately at Queens College this delay affected only a very few of our aid students, and that we regretted the delay for those students that was caused by the affects of the Hurricane on normally smoothly running processes at our Central Offices.

--- direct deposit and CUNY Scholar card payments were credited to students' accounts on Friday November 2
--- paper checks were mailed to students on Friday November 2
