Legal Seminar to be Held on May 3 at KCS

On May 3, three of the Research Center’s attorneys at law will present on a number of legal issues important for Korean immigrants. This legal seminar will cover issues related to immigration (including H1B visa applications), citizenship, labor, tax and commercial laws; laws related to government investigations and criminal defenses; and the Korean government’s laws regarding overseas property of Korean citizens. This free legal seminar is open to everyone, and the Research Center encourages attendance for the benefit of sharing crucial information and resources.
Attorney presentations will be followed by an extensive Q&A session, where participants will have the opportunity to ask specific questions.
As usual for regular seminars, a light meal will be provided between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. before the presentation begins at 7:00 p.m.
