Kevin Schwab is a graduate of QC with a BA in Drama, Theatre and Dance from the class of 2003. Kevin immediately pursued acting after leaving QC and landed 9 months in the Off Broadway musical "The Donkey Show". As a repeat director for several local playhouses in Queens, he was also fortunate enough to expand his resume working with schools such as his alma mater, Archbishop Molloy. During his 5 years as their Drama Moderator, Kevin decided to dedicate more time to teaching theatre arts. He received his Master's Degree from Pace University in Education in 2007. Schwab is also the current president of The Parkside Players, a successful independent theatre troupe based in Forest Hills. Serving as board member, resident director and occassional actor has been very fulfilling. He won a Josephine Foundation Award in 2008 for Best Actor after performing the role of Groucho Marx in "The Cocoanuts". A proud member of SAG and cofounder of Schwabrock Pictures, Kevin is also interested in the medium of film and has worked for many prominent studios and production companies in New York. He has been an adjunct member of the Drama Department faculty since the summer of 2008.
