 Subsurface Geophysics

Tiomthy Eaton

The subsurface geophysics laboratory is equipped with an AGI Supersting multichannel Earth Resistivity/IP Meter, active cables with 28 electrodes, and advanced Earth Imager 2D Resistivity and IP Inversion software. In addition, we have recently modernized our ground-penetrating radar equipment with a Sensors and Software PulseEKKO PRO controller, with separate dipole transmitter and receiver antennae of 100 MHz and 200 MHz, downhole antennae and advanced processing software. Additional older equipment includes a proton precession magnetometer and a Worden gravimeter.
