| Dr. Cecilia McHugh has been appointed by the Japan Agency | Prof. Cecilia McHugh has been appointed by the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology as Visiting Senior Scientist at the Institute for Research on Earth Evolution. McHugh has been invited to participate in a research expedition form the R/V Natsushima to study the March 2011 Tohoku earthquake as part of a project entitled “The Survey and observation for Earthquakes and Tsunamis off the Pacific Coast of Tohoku”. |
