New Scholarship Available for Urban Studies and Environmental Studies Majors!
The Department of Urban Studies is pleased to announce a new scholarship program for Queens College majors planning a career in Urban Studies, Environmental Studies or a related field
For the academic year 2011-2012, we will award scholarships in the amount of $1500 to ten deserving students. The criteria used to award scholarships are academic merit and financial need.
This new scholarship program was established with a generous grant from the Horace and Amy Hagedorn Fund at the New York Community Trust.
The scholarship application deadline is January 10, 2012. Scholarship winners will be notified in February 2012.
