My areas of scholarly include the study of current and future trends in academic libraries, including teaching, the impact of technology, scholarship, and innovative changes in librarianship; the study of information systems and emerging technologies, instructional design, instructional technology, database management, digital curation and preservation, digital asset management, metadata standards for resource descriptions, and the impact of demographic and cultural changes on library services.
