International Marketing

This course expands on the main principles of marketing by exploring the strategic implications of marketing in different countries and cultures; identifying specific marketing techniques and modifications necessary to accommodate cultural differences. Topics include: global marketing, marketing planning, segmentation, culture and business customs, political and legal factors and restraints, economical and technological development and the international monetary system.

Location: Florence, Italy

NY departure and return dates: January 2-23, 2014 

Arrive in Florence morning of January 3rd

Program Costs:

Cost (includes all expenses below except airfare): $2750

CUNY tuition (for in-state, matriculated undergraduates): $735

QC program fee: $400

Travel insurance: $37

Consolidated fees (includes Tuition Differential, Housing, Student and Lab fees): $1578

Total cost with airfare: $3750

Airfare: $1000 (estimate)

Additional costs:

Minimum budget for meals and personal expenses of $20 to $25 per day (approximately $600)

Application Deadline: November  4, 2013

Programs are open to all undergraduate students from all CUNY campuses (unless restricted by level of study, language fluency, or other program criteria). Travel on Fridays and some Saturdays for some programs.
