OCT provides a comprehensive array of computing, information, and media services to the Queens College community. Students, faculty, and staff use OCT facilities for instructional, administrative and research computing.  

The key functions of OCT include supporting enterprise applications, operating the campus IT Help Desk, maintaining the campus wireless and wired networks, public computing labs, campus email and more.

OCT offices and facilities are located in the I Building, Kiely Hall, the Dining Hall Building, the Science Building, Powdermaker Hall and Rosenthal Library.
