Divisional & Departmental Events
About 30 minutes after the college-wide Quad ceremony ends, many divisional and departmental ceremonies are held. They usually last an hour or less and are conducted by divisional deans or department chairs.
The only ceremony which will require tickets is the Division of Education Ceremony in Colden Auditorium (taking place about 30 minutes after the college-wide ceremony). For more information on obtaining education tickets, please review the Division of Education website.

Immediately after these ceremonies, many departments host receptions.
|
It is important to note that some departments hold their events in the weeks leading up to Commencement and not on Commencement Day.
|
Graduates should carefully review the Commencement website so their guests can be fully informed as to the times, dates, and places of any departmental events. If you have any questions, please check with your division or department. For division listing, see below.
Important:
Graduates who replied online that they plan to attend Commencement and/or their divisional or departmental event need to bring their
Reader's Card. If they did not print the card upon completing the RSVP form, they can find a link in the confirmation email sent to their QC email address. Graduates are also encouraged to share their online maps with their family and guests.
