Conducting Business with Queens College

The Purchasing Department at Queens College is responsible for procuring all goods and services for the college while following New York State procurement laws and City University of New York regulations. We can be reached at (718) 997-5760.

If you would like to send us information regarding your business, you can email us at qc.purchasing@qc.cuny.edu or fax us at (718) 997-5771. Be sure to include a brief explanation of what goods or services your company sells, a contact name, address, email, and fax number. If applicable, include your status as a New York State certified minority-owned, woman-owned, and/or small business.

The award of contracts or purchase orders for the college is done ONLY by the Purchasing Office. No other entity can make an award or other commitment of tax-levied funds.
