Your Confidentiality is Important to Us
Your confidentiality and privacy are important to us. We follow federal and state regulations and CUNY policies to assure the confidentiality of your information. Some examples:
- Please be prepared to show your Queens College photo ID at the front desk and when you see a counselor. While we understand that sometimes there may be legitimate reasons for others to ask questions on our students’ behalf, we must follow these regulations and policies carefully. Please do not ask us to make exceptions; this is for your protection.
- If we ask you anything at the front desk you would prefer to discuss in private, let us know immediately.
