Knowledge doesn’t always proceed by degree. Continuing Education at Queens College emphasizes professional development and personal growth, with specialized non-credit classes that range from computer technology—we’re a designated Cisco Regional Academy—to photography. Too busy to come to campus? Online Certificate Programs are available in ten fields, such as catering, landscaping, and pet grooming. If you’d like to improve your command of English, we have part- and full-time options; our English Language Institute is the oldest full-time program of its kind in the CUNY system. (We teach conversational French, Italian, Mandarin, and Spanish, too.) We also have preparatory and enrichment programs for kids, from first graders on up.
