Industries and businesses around the world need professionals,
trained
in the latest technologies, to optimize their networks. The Cisco
Certified Network Professional (CCNP) program is your key to enter
this growing field.
The Cisco Network Support Certification track is designed for
professionals working with traditional Cisco-based networks that
primarily include LAN and WAN routers and LAN switches. Proficiency
in
this area will enable you to install, configure, operate, and
troubleshoot complex Cisco-based networks; increase bandwidth;
improve
response times; implement network security; and enhance reliability
and quality of service.
Prerequisites: Students should have experience with network
concepts
and Cisco routers as found in the Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA) program. To register, candidates must have proof of CCNA
certification in the form of a CCNA card or score report. This must be
shown or faxed upon registration.
Please go to the Continuing Education Program's
