Queens College to Offer Prep Courses This Fall for Chartered Financial Analyst Exam

FLUSHING, N.Y., July 19, 2011—Beginning this September, Queens-based business professionals with financial experience who want to advance their careers can conveniently prepare for the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Exam at Queens College.  Registration is now open for these courses, which are provided by the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), the leading forum for the investment community, in partnership with the college’s Professional & Continuing Studies (PCS).

The Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Program is a globally recognized standard for
measuring portfolio management and investment analysis competence and integrity that is administered by the CFA Institute. NYSSA has been providing CFA® review courses for 30 years and is now expanding to offer its courses through an educational institution.

NYSSA will provide Queens College with two CFA Exam Prep courses per semester.   The course is also open to QC students and alumni.

NYSSA CFA® Queens College Level I Weekly Review

Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 13 through November 17, 2011, 6–9 PM

NYSSA Queens College Sunday Condensed Review

Sundays from September 11 through November 13, 2011, 10 AM–4 PM
