A different refund policy applies to undergraduate and graduate students.
For classes longer than 1 session
Requests for refunds must be made in writing, by mail, fax (718-997-5723), or email (firstname.lastname@example.org); refund requests by telephone are not accepted. For a 100 percent refund, requests must be received in writing at least four (4) business days (weekdays) before the start date of the class; 90 percent will be granted on requests received within three (3) business days prior to the start of class; 75 percent will be granted prior to the second class meeting. Thereafter, NO refunds will be granted. For 1 day seminars

Processing of ALL refunds requires four to six (4-6) weeks. There are NO refunds on one- or two-day workshops once they have begun.

Registration, application, and material fees are nonrefundable. Non-attendance of class(es) does not exclude the student from the rules of the policy.
