A different refund policy applies to undergraduate and graduate students.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing by mail, fax (718-997-5723), or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refund requests by telephone are not accepted. For a 100% refund, requests must be received in writing at least three days before the start date of the class; 90% will be granted on requests received within three days prior to the start of class; 75% will be granted prior to the second class meeting. Thereafter, NO refunds will be granted.
Processing of ALL refunds requires four to six weeks. There are NO refunds on one- or two-day courses once they have begun. The refund policy differs for ELI; consult with that department for details.
