Class Schedule for Fall and Spring Semesters
• Study 18 hours a week, 4 days a week.
• 2 days are 4 hours, and 2 days are 5 hours.
• Every level and class has a different schedule.
• Students get their schedule after the exam and before the first day of classes.

Tuition must be paid upon registration at the ELI office located on the Queens College campus, Kissena Hall, Room 100. A $25 registration fee applies. Checks, money orders or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) strongly preferred.
Tuition is NOT accepted through the mail.
Full-time Program Refund PolicyFALL AND SPRING SEMESTER (as of May 2017)
All students who withdraw from the full-time day program will be charged an additional $75 withdrawal fee. Registration fees and I-20 application fees are nonrefundable.
For withdrawal prior to the placement exam, students are refunded 100% of tuition.
For withdrawal from the placement exam date through week 1 of classes, students are refunded 75% of tuition.
For withdrawal during the second week of classes, students are refunded 50% of tuition.
For withdrawal during the third week of classes, students are refunded 25% of tuition.
For withdrawal after the third week of classes, there is no refund. SUMMER ONE and SUMMER TWO
For withdrawl prior to the placement exam, there is a $100 nonrefundable fee and a $25 nonrefundable registration fee.
For withdrawal on orbefore the second day of class, students are refunded 50% of tuition paid.
For withdrawal on or before the second day of class, students are refunded 25% of tuition paid.
