Tuition must be paid upon registration at the ELI office located on the Queens College campus, Queens Hall, Room 105. A $25 registration fee applies.
Checks, money orders or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) strongly preferred. Tuition is NOT accepted through the mail. Electronic transfers are NOT accepted.
Full-time Program Refund PolicyFALL AND SPRING SEMESTER For withdrawal prior to the placement examination, there is a $100 nonrefundable fee and a $25 nonrefundable registration fee.
For withdrawal during the first week of classes, students are refunded 75% of tuition paid.
For withdrawal during the second week of classes, students are refunded 50% of tuition paid.
For withdrawal during the third week of classes, students are refunded 25% of tuition paid.
For withdrawal after the third week of classes, there is no refund.
SUMMER ONE and SUMMER TWOFor withdrawal prior to the placement examination, there is a $100 nonrefundable fee and a $25 nonrefundable registration fee.
For withdrawal on or before the second day of class, students are refunded 50% of tuition paid.
For withdrawal on or before the fourth day of class, students are refunded 25% of tuition paid.
Part-time Program Refund PolicyFor withdrawal prior to the placement examination, students are refunded 90% of tuition paid.
For withdrawal prior to the second day of class, students are refunded 75% of tuition paid.
After day 2, no refunds are granted.
The $25 registration fee is nonrefundable.
