A  grade report will be sent free of charge to the home school if a request is filed with the Office of the Registrar by the last day of classes. Be advised that only one grade report will be sent. You may download a grade report form, fill it out, and return it to the Registrar's Office before the deadline. Grade reports are not sent to the home school unless officially requested by the student.

If your request is submitted after the last day of classes, you will need to order an official transcript. You may ask that an official transcript be sent to your home school at any time. Transcripts can be requested in person at the Office of the Registrar, Jefferson Hall, first floor; online; or by downloading the request form. Students are required to pay a $7 fee for transcripts going to non-CUNY schools. For additional information on how to order a transcript, please see our frequently asked questions site.
