Downloadable Grade Report Forms for Visiting Students

A  grade report will be sent free of charge to the home school if a request is filed with the Office of the Registrar by the last day of classes. Be advised that only one grade report will be sent. You may download a grade report form, fill it out, and return it to the Registrar's Office before the deadline. Grade reports are not sent to the home school unless officially requested by the student.

If your request is submitted after the last day of classes, you will need to order an official transcript. You may ask that an official transcript be sent to your home school at any time. Transcripts can be requested in person at the Office of the Registrar, Jefferson Hall, first floor; online; or by downloading the request form. Students are required to pay a $7 fee for transcripts going to non-CUNY schools. For additional information on how to order a transcript, please see our frequently asked questions site.

Important message about enrollment for Fall 14
In order to accommodate students who have been unable to register for, or withdraw from classes  CUNY is extending the 100% tuition refund date  for the colleges who began classes today to close of business on Wednesday September 3. This applies to tuition and any fees which would have been partially or completely refunded due to a change in enrollment.  In addition, students will not be charged a late registration fee or change of program fee until Thursday September 4 when the 50% refund policy will be in effect.

Queens College would like to inform you of a new grade (WD) that CUNY has established and will be implemented starting in Fall 14.  This grade is not punitive as it is for Financial Aid tracking purposes only. The WD will be assigned to any student that attends a course(s) at least once, and then drops that course during weeks 2 and 3 of the semester - for Fall semester this will be from 9/4 – 9/17.  While the course will remain visible on your record it will not appear on the transcript.
