1- Last day to file an application for Summer 2009 graduation is July 1, 2009.

2- Last day to drop Summer Session 2S and 2L 2009 courses with 50% tuition refund is Sunday, July 06, 2009.

3- All duly registered Queens College students must have a valid Q.C. e-mail address. To sign up click here.

WHAT TO DO WHEN ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS


	When ordering a transcript, you have 3 options to choose from. (see options below)
	Please read all 3 options before you make your selection.We suggest that before you make a selection, you read the Frequently Ask Questions regarding ordering transcripts.
	When you are certain which type of transcript you want, follow the directions listed below.
	Please note: each transcript request is $ 7.00. However, transcripts sent to other CUNY schools are free of charge.
	Transcript request forms are in Adobe PDF format.

The Process
Step one	Type the required information in the appropriate boxes before you download this form. Incomplete request forms will be returned to you.
Step two	The Office of the Registrar needs two (2) copies of your transcript request.
Step three	Mail or bring your request form to The Office of the Registrar.

PLEASE SELECT A TRANSCRIPT FORM

A STUDENT TRANSCRIPT issued and mailed to the student - The Transcript is stamped "Student Transcript."

AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT mailed directly to employers, schools or other institutions - The transcript bears the seal of the College and the signature of the Director of the Office of the Registrar.

AN OFFICIALLY SEALED TRANSCRIPT mailed to the student in a sealed envelope - The transcript also bears the seal of the College and the signature of the Director of the Office of the Registrar. This type of transcript may be mailed to you in a sealed envelope ONLY if you provide the name of the institution, city and state. If the transcript is for a CUNY school, provide documentation or a pre-printed envelope from the CUNY School with this form and the transcript will be mailed to your home.
