1- The P/NC & Unevaluated withdrawal period ends on November 04, 2008.

2- Please note: if you wish to be eligible to pre-register for Spring 2009 courses, a Declaration of a Major form must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by October 31, 2008.

3- All duly registered Queens College students must have a valid Q.C. e-mail address. To sign up click here.

4- Accessing eSIMS using http://esims.cuny.edu was discontinued on July 15, 2008. You should use your CUNY Portal, Username and Password to access eSIMS. If you have not already done so, please go to http://portal.cuny.edu , to obtain a Portal Username and Password.

January	24	Thursday	Last day to drop course(s) for 100% refund.
January	25	Friday	Spring 2008 classes begin.
January	31	Thursday	Last day to file an e-permit for Spring 2008 semester.
January	31	Thursday	Last day to add course(s).
January	31	Thursday	Last day to drop course(s) for 75% refund.
February	07	Thursday	Last day to drop course(s) for 50% refund.
February	12	Tuesday	Lincoln's Birthday - College is closed.
February	14	Thursday	Last day to drop course(s) for 25% refund.
February	15	Friday	Beginning of P/NC and unevaluated withdrawal period.
February	18	Monday	Presidents' Day - College is closed.
February	23	Saturday	Last day to submit proof of 2nd immunization to the Health Service Center for in-state students.
March	01	Saturday	Last day to file for Spring 2008 graduation.
March	09	Sunday	Last day to submit proof of 2nd immunization to the Health Service Center for out-of-state students.
March	21	Friday	Last day to declare a major for Spring 2008 Financial Aid eligibility.
March	21 -24	Friday - Monday	No classes scheduled.
March	26	Wednesday	Classes follow a Monday schedule.
March	26	Wednesday	Last day to file for a P/NC and unevaluated withdrawal.
April	01	Tuesday	Last day to file a Summer 2008 graduation application in order to attend the June Commencement ceremony.
April	19 -27	Saturday - Sunday	Spring Recess.
May	13	Tuesday	Last day for 2nd semester freshmen to submit P/NC requests.
May	13	Tuesday	Last day to submit residency appeals for spring 2008.
May	14	Wednesday	Spring 2008 classes end.
May	15	Thursday	Reading Day.
May	16	Friday	Final Examinations - Day/Evening.
May	19 - 25	Monday - Sunday	Final Examinations - Day/Evening.
May	25	Sunday	Last day to resolve INC or ABS grades for previous term.
May	26	Monday	Memorial Day. College is closed.
May	29	Thursday	Commencement.
