1- Last day of Weekday Classes Summer Session 2L is August 07, 2008.
2- Visiting students should submit to the Registrar's Office a request for an official grade report for their home college by August 07, 2008. The form can be downloaded and mailed before the dateline. After the dateline a fee will be required.
3- Grade reports for the four summer sessions will be emailed via the student's
QC Lotus Notes email account by August 25, 2008.
4- All duly registered Queens College students must have a valid Q.C. e-mail address. To sign up click here.
5- Accessing eSIMS using http://esims.cuny.edu was discontinued on July 15, 2008. You should use your CUNY Portal, Username and Password to access eSIMS. If you have not already done so, please go to http://portal.cuny.edu , to obtain a Portal Username and Password.

Instructions on how to file a CUNY e-Permit on-line
in CUNY Portal
1) Enter
the CUNY Portal site at: https://epermit.cuny.edu/
2) Click on: "Log-in"
3) Enter your portal login, or register for an account,
if necessary
4) On "My Page" click on: "e-Permit"
located on the bottom left
5) Enter your portal login
6) After reading all the information on filling an
e-Permit, click on:
"Create New
Permit"
located on the top of the left-side
menu
7) All information must be completed on the e-Permit
form before it can be submitted.
Please take a note of the following
important information:
a.
The CUNY Baccalaureate Program is a special program, which has
requirements that differ from obtaining a Bachelor's degree from
Queens College. If you are not a CUNY BA student,
please select "NOT APPLICABLE".
b.
You must enter a home college equivalent course. If you
are unsure of
the equivalent, please use the TIPPS Web site for
help (there is a link on
the left-side menu).
8) Click on: "Submit for Approval"
9) You will receive e-mails concerning your permit
status. |
