1- Last day of Weekday Classes Summer Session 2L is August 07, 2008.

2- Visiting students should submit to the Registrar's Office a request for an official grade report for their home college by August 07, 2008. The form can be downloaded and mailed before the dateline. After the dateline a fee will be required.

3- Grade reports for the four summer sessions will be emailed via the student's QC Lotus Notes email account by August 25, 2008.

4- All duly registered Queens College students must have a valid Q.C. e-mail address. To sign up click here.

5- Accessing eSIMS using http://esims.cuny.edu was discontinued on July 15, 2008. You should use your CUNY Portal, Username and Password to access eSIMS. If you have not already done so, please go to http://portal.cuny.edu , to obtain a Portal Username and Password.

Enrollment & Degree Information

The Registrar’s Office certifies a student’s semester enrollment status using the following definitions of full-time, half-time, and less than half-time. A student who has withdrawn from courses will be certified based on their status at the time of certification.

FULL-TIME: A student who is currently enrolled for 12 or more credits or equated credits can be certified as a full-time student for the semester.

HALF-TIME: A student who is currently enrolled for 6 to 11 credits or equated credits can be certified as a half-time student for the semester.

LESS THAN HALF-TIME: A student who is currently enrolled for 1 to 5 credits or equated credits can be certified as a less than half-time student for the semester.
