1- Online registration for Winter 2008-2009 and Spring 2009 began November 17, 2008.

2- All duly registered Queens College students must have a valid Q.C. e-mail address. To sign up click here.

3- Accessing eSIMS using http://esims.cuny.edu was discontinued on July 15, 2008. You should use your CUNY Portal, Username and Password to access eSIMS. If you have not already done so, please go to http://portal.cuny.edu , to obtain a Portal Username and Password.

Enrollment & Degree Information

The following information is intended for employers, scholarships, insurance companies, third parties and other agencies needing certification of student enrollment and degree verification at Queens College.

The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) has been authorized to act as our agent for certification of enrollments and degree verifications for students who attended or graduated from 1979 to the present.

Requests for information concerning students who attended or graduated prior to 1979 should continue to be referred to the Registrar’s Office at Queens College.

The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted via e-mail at enrollmentverify@studentclearinghouse.org, by telephone at (703) 742-4200 or by fax along with the student’s signed and dated consent to (703) 742-4239. This service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day via the Clearinghouse web site at http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/.
