"Permit Students"
Attending Queens College Summer Session
Application Procedure:
 
1. Contact your home school for a permit to register at Queens College

You must have the formal approval of your home school to take classes at Queens College.
Contact the Office of the Registrar at your home school for information about requirements and
approvals required for a permit to register at Queens College.


2. Pay for Queens College class at home school

    Payment for summer classes at Queens College is made at the Bursar’s Office of your home school.
    Get a receipt for your payment.
     
3. Fill out the Visiting Student Application form
     
    Attach: Permit to register from your home school
    Copy of receipt for payment from Bursar’s Office your home school


4. Mail your application and attachments to the address listed on the Queens College
Visiting Student Application form.

Registration Procedure:

Visiting student applications must be approved and fully processed before registration into a particular class is
possible in our computer system.

Registration for visiting students begins Apri 12, 2005.

Registration is conducted through an automated telephone (718-606-1100) or
web registration (https://webreg.qc.cuny.edu//) system. See the Registration Schedule for times.

The automated registration system requires a Personal Identification Number:

  • First time enter system = Last 6 digits of your student number
  • PIN may be changed through automated system; record your new PIN number for future reference 
  • Lost PIN requires in-person presentation of identification at the Registrar’s Office, Jefferson Hall 100.
