It would be easy to think of Queens College as a 77-acre city with a population of over 20,000 students, faculty, and staff. The college offers all the benefits of a city--excellent cultural attractions including the only comprehensive art museum in the borough of Queens, readings by renowned writers, performing arts events, the resources of the Louis Armstrong Archives, thoughtful lectures and sporting events--in a surprisingly peaceful campus with a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline.

Queens College is in fact a hub of the arts in Queens, hosting world class artists at the Colden Center and concerts in the acoustically perfect LeFrak Concert Hall. Many Queens residents also take advantage of the varied courses offered through the college's Continuing Education Program.
