I serve as the Principal Law Clerk to New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard Lee Price. Previously, I was a senior assistant district attorney in New York City where I prosecuted white-collar crimes including racketeering, enterprise corruption, public corruption, successfully litigated and tried numerous cases, specialized in the direction of covert investigations and electronic surveillance, and supervised the arrest, intake and arraignment process. I frequently lecture and write extensively on criminal law and procedure, teaches trial advocacy at Hofstra Law School’s National Institute for Trial Advocacy and Cardozo Law School’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and am an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law with the City University of New York at Queens College. I earned my Juris Doctor from Hofstra University (1989), and Bachelor of Science with Honors from Florida State University (1985).
