Proctor, Ph.D., is a professor of school psychology at Queens College, City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to becoming a graduate educator, she was a school psychologist in the School District of Philadelphia and in Atlanta Public Schools. Her research explores issues related to Black students in K-12 and higher education.
