How to Review Cases<\/h3>\n
Cases can be reviewed by opening the case and clicking on Read Case<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This will open a document viewer that shows a CV that is generated by Interfolio.\u00a0 Any attachments (files and URLs) uploaded by the candidate will appear in the left column under Packet<\/strong>.\u00a0 Click on each section to view the attachments for that section.\u00a0 Inside each section, attachments appear in the order that they appear on the CV.\u00a0 Candidates are instructed to give their files descriptive file names.\u00a0 URLs also appear as links on the CV since they may not be descriptive when viewing in the left column.<\/p>\n A candidate may or may not have added Annotations<\/strong> as well. You can toggle between Packet and Annotations at the top of the left menu.<\/p>\n The CV and any attachments may be downloaded by clicking the Download<\/strong> button at the top.\u00a0 This will give two options: Download Document<\/strong>, which will only download the current document that you are viewing, and Download Packet<\/strong>, which will download the entire CV and all attachments.<\/p>\n If you select Download Packet, a window will appear, where you must select the CV and choose either Download ZIP<\/strong> or Download PDF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Both options can take several minutes depending on the number and size of attachments.\u00a0 You will receive an email when the process is complete.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Candidate Packet should be visible to the members of the P&B as soon as it is created (which is to say before it is complete).
