In reality, the Provost and Associate Provost both have high-level administrative access so they can see their cases all of the time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm that the Dean has in fact uploaded a draft letter of reappointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the review meeting with the relevant Dean, <strong>remind the Dean<\/strong> to upload a copy of the final letter that is sent to the candidate. The instructions for this are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qc.cuny.edu\/academics\/ih\/deans\/\">Deans review page<\/a>.
