Students will meet with national, cultural, and religious leaders as well as grassroots activists and economic entrepreneurs—people who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to promoting tolerance and mutual understanding. Students also will meet with people who represent more challenging viewpoints. This on-the-ground experience will ultimately inform students’ subsequent ideas and endeavors concerning this vital region.

Our Mission

To empower cross-cultural, interfaith networks of American student-scholar-activists with a nuanced understanding of the complexities of this strategically vital region.
