Our department sees these differences as reflections of human diversity, and in particular that found in the rich cultural landscape in the World\u2019s Borough. We teach about and do research on different aspects of this uniting theme. CAEP promotes excellence in educator preparation through content and pedagogy, clinical partnerships and practice, candidate recruitment, progression and support, program impact, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
