CAEP promotes excellence in educator preparation through content and pedagogy, clinical partnerships and practice, candidate recruitment, progression and support, program impact, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. To ensure that our candidates and\u00a0graduates have the knowledge and skills they need to become effective\u00a0practitioners and to advance assessment for learning, the Professional Education Unit has adopted an e-portfolio, a web-based assessment management system called Anthology Portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Anthology Portfolio (previously known as Chalk &amp; Wire) enables candidates to document\u00a0academic and professional\u00a0development, organize and showcase their work, and reflect on learning in alignment with programmatic goals, objectives, and national standards \u2014 including discipline-specific competencies.
