I am interested in q<\/span><span>uestions about variations in the reflective characteristics of the Moho, the nature of the interface beneath the rise axis, and the material properties of the lower crust.<\/span><span> <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;text-align: justify\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;text-align: justify\"><span>I am<\/span> also excited to explore undergraduate research opportunities <span>to <\/span><span>locate and determine magnitudes of earthquakes using data from existing seismic networks. I strive to create a supportive environment that fosters student confidence and achievement by communicating the learning objectives for each lesson, frequently evaluating mastery of these objectives and misconceptions, and developing the students\u2019 understanding of how the tasks will help them accomplish their goals. I feel that this gives them ownership of the process.
