For example, images need alt text (aka, alternative text or image description). This will ensure that a blind student or a student accessing the course site with slow internet connection, has access to the information. Your online assignments (papers, projects, group discussions, online chats, etc.) can ask students to reaffirm their commitment to the University\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.cuny.edu\/about\/administration\/offices\/legal-affairs\/policies-procedures\/academic-integrity-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">academic integrity policy<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">You must specify (both on your syllabus and in the information provided to students when they register for your course through\u00a0CUNYfirst) whether your exams will be held in person or online, and whether you expect students to attend any in-person orientations or in-person office hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">If you decide to have in-person final exams, you may\u00a0check\u00a0photo IDs.
