Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. A limited number of water coolers will be reinstalled in areas that are more than one floor away from a touchless water dispenser.<\/li>\n<li>Activities will be batched\/combined where possible, so employees can reduce the number of hands touching products at the same time.<\/li>\n<li>Employees are prohibited from using other employees\u2019 PPE, phones, computer equipment, desks, cubicles, workstations, offices, or other personal work tools and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font=&#8221;Open Sans||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; header_4_font=&#8221;Open Sans|600|||on|||#E71939|&#8221; header_4_text_color=&#8221;#E71939&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Ventilation:<\/h4>\n<p>The following actions have been taken or are underway:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u200bOutdoor air ventilation has been increased by bringing in the maximum possible outside air while maintaining a stable building environment.<\/li>\n<li>During the winter season, a safe temperature for occupants and equipment is maintained, while fresh air is continuously being added and recirculated.<\/li>\n<li>During the summer season, a cooled environment and minimum humidity is maintained, while ensuring that adequate fresh air is circulating.<\/li>\n<li>HVAC equipment filters have been upgraded to those with higher ratings to improve air filtration.<\/li>\n<li>Frequent inspections and maintenance are being performed on the ventilation systems to ensure they are operating properly.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic HVAC controls have been adjusted to increase fan run-time and enhance air turnover.<\/li>\n<li>Regular inspections are continuing to ensure the proper function of all operable windows.<\/li>\n<li>Regular inspections are conducted to ensure that restroom and elevator exhaust fans are operational.<\/li>\n<li>Local air cleaning solutions have been or will be deployed where appropriate, using various applications of ultraviolet (UV) technologies and some efficiency particulate air (HEPA) solutions.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Effective May 23, 2023, the emergency vaccine mandate will end.
