Flu vaccine can be given in a shot (needle injection), or in a nasal spray called FluMist (for healthy people aged 2 to 49). Your doctor can tell you what is right for you.<\/p>\n<p>QC Health Services offers the following recommendations:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have a fever of 100.4 or higher, or\u00a0if you have a cough, sore throat, and muscles aches, <strong>do not come to school or work<\/strong>. The rash will go through several stages, including scabs, before healing; and can look like pimples or blisters and may be painful or itchy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Mpox symptoms usually start within 3 weeks of exposure to the virus. If someone has flu-like symptoms, they will usually develop a rash 1-4 days later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Mpox can spread from the time symptoms start until the rash has healed, all scabs have fallen off, and a fresh layer of skin has formed.
