Dr. Mangiapanello is a Lecturer in the Psychology Department at Queens College. She is proud to say that she is a product of CUNY, earning her bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees at Queens College, and her doctorate in Psychology (Learning and Behavior Analysis) at the CUNY Graduate Center. During her time at Queens College, she has served on many departmental and campus-wide committees and has also served as the Deputy Chair of the Psychology Department, as well as the Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning and Leadership.<\/p>\n Dr. Mangiapanello\u2019s research interests have varied. She has participated in research related to Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attentional Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In addition, she has investigated the effects of performance feedback, as well as studied means by which to improve student participation in faculty teaching evaluations.<\/p>\n While Dr. Mangiapanello is always on the lookout for a new research project, her passion lies in teaching our students. As both a student and faculty member at Queens College, she is acutely aware of the beautiful diversity that comprises our college community.
