This interactive process allows for both employee and supervisor to evualate and summarize annual performace and formally communicate feedback, plan upcoming goals, clarify expectations and discuss individual professional developmental aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of this process is to assist Queens College and its employees to be even more successful while engaging supervisors and managers in the growth and success of each employee. Any additional information, such as an updated job description, should be attached. An employee may include any comments, then sign acknowledging that he\/she has read the document, and return it to the supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>SUPERVISORS ARE REMINDED THAT EMPLOYEES CAN DISAGREE, WHETHER IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WITH THE ASSESSMENT.
