Allan Edmond<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Administrative coordinator<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Allan Edmond received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He has worked at Queens College since the fall of 2016 when he served as a Peer Mentor for the HSI-STEM program, mentoring students within Chemistry courses, and as an adjunct lecturer in the Biology department. Allan then went on to serve as both the Assistant Director and Director of the HSI-STEM grant. These positions allowed Allan to support students in their academic coursework. To support students outside of the classroom, Allan also assisted in the CUNY Service Corps, Recovery Corps, and Career Launch programs, which provide undergraduate students with internship opportunities. Currently, Allan serves as Assistant Director for the Queens College Learning Commons, an academic support center unit where he works with a staff of 70+ to address student academic content concerns.<\/div>\n
