The Office of Compliance and Diversity (C&D):<\/p>\n
C&D oversees four integral areas to ensure compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for all members of the Queens College community. The four reporting areas of the office are:<\/p>\n

When appropriate, we coordinate supportive measures and accommodations during investigations. We consult and coordinate with academic and administrative departments to increase workforce diversity and eliminate under-representation of females and minorities, such as those who identify as Black or African-American, Asian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic, Italian-American, and LGBTQIAA+.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.17.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” _builder_version=”4.17.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n We ensure compliance with CUNY and QC policies and procedures regarding all recruitment. This includes policies and procedures related to Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, discrimination and sexual harassment prevention, and domestic violence awareness and prevention.
