The Center for Teaching and Learning and the Adjunct Events Committee planned three talks as part of the Adjunct Colloquium Series in Fall 2012. Below are announcements and archives for the talks:

Holiday Party in place of a previously scheduled Grading Student Writing talk

Please note that the talk on Grading Student Writing, previously scheduled on December 3, has been cancelled.

The Center for Teaching and Learning and the Adjunct Events Committee are hosting an

Adjunct Appreciation Holiday Party

for faculty to meet and talk about our teaching experience in the Fall semester, tips on making up time lost to Hurricane Sandy, or any other topics that concern QC Adjuncts.

Location: CEP Hall (Temp 2), Room 2 (by Field 7 Parking Lot)

Accredication and Academic Program Review, November 5, 2012

The second talk for Fall 2012 is scheduled for Monday, November 5, with a presentation from Associate Provost, Steven Schwarz, entitled A Conversation on Accreditation and Academic Program Review. It will be an interactive discussion on how the accreditation and academic program review processes impact, directly and indirectly, instruction in the classroom. Refreshments will be served.
