The mission of the Bursar Office is to provide accurate and timely financial information to both the campus community and its external constituents. By maintaining the integrity of student financial records and providing exceptional customer service, the Bursar Office strives to support Queens College’s students in meeting their financial obligations as they pursue their studies.

Bursar Staff are Working Remotely and Available to Assist

Although the Bursar’s Office in Jefferson Hall is closed until further notice, our dedicated Bursar staff are working remotely to continue to assist students. Bursar staff are available via email during our normal office hours to answer any questions and concerns relating to your account, refunds, vouchers, etc.

FALL 2022 – LIABILITY SCHEDULE

If you withdraw or drop your classes Your payment liability is
BEFORE August 25 No liability
August 25 – August 31 25% of tuition
September 1 – 7 50% of tuition
September 8 – 14 75% of tuition
September 15 or later 100% liability

The Bursar’s Office is closed until further notice; the dedicated staff is working remotely to continue to assist students.

Tuition/Registration Appeal

Tuition/Registration appeals are reviewed by the Registration Review Committee. The committee examines all documentation presented by a student seeking a relief from their registration/tuition/fee debt for extenuating circumstances. Students must file a Registration Review Appeal Form​ (please use a browser other than Firefox). Processing directions are on the first page of the appeal form.

Appeals are to be submitted to Student Advocacy at Student.Advocacy@qc.cuny.edu.
