Veterans Support Services at Queens College is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and developing a channel of communication among veteran and reservist students, faculty, staff, and administrators. Queens College welcomes and supports veterans and reservists on campus and recognizes the contributions they make as citizens and as students. Queens College is proud of the level of diversity and academic excellence that veterans and reservists bring to our campus.
VSS has been designed specifically to address the multiple needs of veteran and reservist students at Queens College by offering academic and other supportive services. The VSS team offers collaborative services for veterans and reservists in each of the offices listed under Related Links. In addition to these campus services, we provide referrals for veterans and reservists to local community and government agencies that can offer assistance with housing, medical, and mental health issues.
