Certificate of Completion
In order to receive a Certificate of Completion students must:
• Complete 12 paralegal courses (5 required and 7 electives)
• Attend 80% of all class sessions
• Receive a grade of 2.0 (C) or better in each required course
• Earn an overall grade point average of 3.0 (B) upon graduation
Students with an overall
average of at least
3.7 (A-) graduate with distinction.
Students who receive less than a grade of
2.0 (C)
in a required course will be placed on academic probation and may not register for additional courses until they receive a grade of
2.0 (C)
or better in that course.
Upon completion of coursework, students must submit a
Request for Certificate Form and Questionnaire
. Students may also pick up the form in our office, located in Kiely Hall, Room 111.
