We offer nearly 700 undergraduate and graduate courses during the summer. We have two short sessions (four weeks) and a long session (approximately six weeks).

Claim your CUNYfirst accountOnce your visiting student application is accepted, claim your CUNYfirst account. CUNYfirst is an online registration system for managing your courses and checking your grades. Detailed instructions about CUNYfirst will be emailed to you.
Register for your Summer Session course through CUNYfirst.Review the Registration Schedule for the dates you can begin registering. For information on how to register, review the CUNYfirst registration instructions.
You may be able to use your current financial aid award toward Summer Session classes. Financial aid is awarded through your home college, so visiting and CUNY students should contact their home college’s Financial Aid Office after their application has been accepted.
QC students should contact Financial Aid for instructions on how to apply for aid.
