You can get help using the wireless network in several ways.
You can visit the OIT Help Desk located on the first floor in the I building.
You can send an email to the Help Desk. We try to answer all emails within in 24 hours. When sending a help request, please include the operating system, hardware platform, type of wireless card being used, and current service pack level.
If you are reporting a weak signal on campus, provide the above information and the location and time of day that you had a weak signal. Please note that one bar is more than enough signal for transmission. We will take action only when there is no signal or when it fades in and out.
