The OIT Computer Labs manage classroom labs for instructional purposes. Each lab is equipped with one or more technology enhancements such as:
They also provide open labs for QC students to use in the I Building, Powdermaker Hall, Kiely Hall, and the Science Building.

The OIT Help Desk provides technology support to Queens College students, faculty, and staff. They respond to issues regarding:
- Hardware/software problems
- Virus removal
- Software updates
- QC Username & Email
- Citizen CUNYPortal
- QC wireless access
- and any other technology related issue
