The Client Services division of the Office of Converging Technologies at Queens College is comprised of the following areas:
technology support for Queens College students, faculty and staff. It
will respond to issues regarding Hardware/Software problems, Virus
removal, Software updates,
QCuserid (Faculty, Staff & Students), Lotus Notes Email (Students
Only), CUNYfirst & CUNY portal, QC wireless access and any other
issues that are technology related.
Training & Technology Solutions
workshops for QC faculty and staff. Topics may vary from time to time,

Provides open and instructional computer laboratories to Queens College faculty and students in the I Building, Powdermaker Hall, Kiely Hall, and Science Building. Laboratories are equipped with new Intel-based Apple and Dell computers. Combined, OCT's lab facilities offer more than 350 Windows and Macintosh computers for classroom and general use.
