The O.C.T. Helpdesk provides technology support for Queens College students, faculty and staff. We respond to requests regarding QC User ID, Lotus Notes Email, CUNY Portal access, connecting to the QC wireless network and other issues related to O.C.T. services.
We provide on site support for computer equipment at faculty/staff offices located on campus via our ticketing system.
