The O.C.T. Help Desk provides technology support for Queens College students, faculty and staff. We respond to requests regarding QC Username, Lotus Notes Email, CUNY Portal access, connecting to the QC wireless network, software upgrades, virus removal, hardware/software troubleshooting, and other issues related to technology.

All service requests are managed by our call management system (CA service desk). Customers will be given a call number, followed by an email with the call details once the request for service is entered in our system.
