OIT Help Desk

The OIT Help Desk provides technology support to Queens College students, faculty, and staff.

They respond to issues regarding:

    • QC Username
    • MyMail (Faculty & Staff)
    • Office 365 (Students)
    • CUNYfirst
    • Citizen CUNYPortal
    • QC wireless access
    • Hardware (QC owned)
    • Software 
    • Virus removal
    • Computer updates

Technical support for all QC students, faculty, and staff is provided via the following:

All service desk tickets are managed by our Call Management System (CA Service Desk). Customers will be given a call number, followed by an email with the call details once the request for service is entered in the system. 

***All new students, faculty, and staff need to make sure they claim all their accounts***

*Please note that Office 365 is only available for current QC students*

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 10:00pm
