OIT Help Desk
The OIT Help Desk provides technology support to Queens College students, faculty, and staff.
They respond to issues regarding:
- QC Username
- MyMail (Faculty & Staff)
- Office 365 (Students)
- Citizen CUNYPortal
- QC wireless access
- Hardware (QC owned equipment only)
- Software (QC installed)
- Virus removal
- Computer updates
Technical support for all QC students, faculty, and staff is provided via the following:
- In person: Dining Hall, Room 151
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All service desk tickets are managed by our Call Management System (CA Service Desk). Customers will be given a call number, followed by an email with the call details once the request for service is entered in the system.
