Since July 2000, Queens College has been working in partnership with Cisco Systems to train network specialists, IT technicians, engineers, and professionals in the skills necessary for success in the field of Internet technology. During this time, Queens College has provided administrative and technical support to various local academies, instructors and students training in Queens and the greater New York metropolitan area.
In 2012, under the new Cisco Academy Evolution, Queens College has maintained its lasting relationship with Cisco Systems to train students in IT Network certification programs.
